Legal Scope & Eligibility
Nutrizione Online provides a digital platform for nutritional advice, meal planning, and health management consultancy. Users must be at least 18 years of age to book a consultation or provide health data independently. Individuals under 18 must be represented by a legal guardian during all clinical interactions.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time to reflect changes in health regulations or internal clinical methodology. Your continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new legal framework.
Not Medical Advice
Services provided by our consultants do not constitute a doctor-patient relationship in the context of emergency medicine or pharmacology. We do not prescribe medication, nor do we advise on the cessation of existing medical treatments prescribed by your physician.
Pre-Consultation Requirement
Clients with pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., Type 1 Diabetes, Chronic Renal Failure, or active Eating Disorders) must disclose these fully in the intake form. We reserve the right to decline service if a client requires specialized hospital-based clinical intervention beyond the scope of nutritional consultancy.

Financial Commitment
All consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking via the Nutrizione Online portal. Confirmation of payment secures your clinical slot and initiates the digital intake process.
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the session. Failure to notify within this window results in a forfeiture of the session fee to cover administrative clinical readiness.
Intellectual Property
Nutritional plans, reports, and digital guides provided are for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or industrial duplication of our proprietary methodologies is strictly prohibited.
User Obligations
Accuracy of Data
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during the digital intake process and subsequent consultations. Nutritional advice is only as safe as the data provided.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their booking credentials and for all activities that occur under their session access.
Lawful Conduct
You agree not to use our platform or clinical resources for any unlawful purpose, including harassment of staff or the injection of malicious code into our booking interfaces.
